Bookings, cancellation & refunds
Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. If payment is not made in advance of the club we retain the right to offer the place to another child.
- 100% refund 21+ days cancellation notice
- 50% refund 7-20 days cancellation notice
- No refund for less than 7 days cancellation notice.
It is important for your child’s safety, and for the safety of the group, that we are made aware of any medical conditions that he or she may have such as asthma or allergies, and if these have not already been disclosed on your booking forms we ask that you let us know on arrival. Any medication brought onto the site must be given to a course leader for safe-keeping. Children must be able to administer their own medication when required.
Rippledown reserve the right to take photographs at any of its clubs for promotional purposes only. Any parent wishing their child to be excluded from any such pictures must ensure that the consent box on the booking form remains un-ticked.
All personal information held by Rippledown will be put into a database to let parents/carers know about future courses, no information whatsoever will be passed onto third parties. If you do not give consent to be registered onto the Rippledown database please ensure the consent box on the booking form remains un-ticked.
Rippledown will not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings or monies at any of its clubs.
